Fax the application(s) to us at (209) 723-3268. Once we receive your application, we'll call you to discuss the details further and confirm your payment information.

1.  Deposit The standard deposit required for move-in is $400 .   Additional Deposits may be required, depending on your credit score.  Cats Allowed with an additional $300 pet deposit.  2.  Rents/Lease Terms Visit the Floorplans page of this website for applicable rental fees and more detailed descriptions of our communities amenities and features.  We offer flexible lease terms; 4 - 12 month leases offered as available.
